Okay, so rewind time a *little*… or, you know, A LOT! Still tripping out over this whole time-travel sitch, but gotta say, the 1930s are kinda growing on me. Ditching the doom and gloom for a sec to check out Vienna’s Prater, and OMG, it’s like stepping into a sepia-toned Insta filter!
This place is buzzing! I’m straight-up obsessed with the Ferris wheel. I mean, imagine the stories it could tell, right? I can almost hear the jazz and see the flapper dresses. Gives you all the nostalgic feels. It’s kinda wild to think about people having fun here, dealing with their own stuff, just like we do now.
Found a discarded paper cone of roasted chestnuts near the base of the wheel, and I had to wonder who ate them and what their story was. Did these taste as good as a loaded churro? 🤔 Some things change, some things stay the same, I guess.
